Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns of unworn (with original tags attached), unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise purchased online subject to the following guidelines:

  • All claims for return authorization must be made in writing to cs@shopstyche.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Please submit order details (order number, email and explain the reason for the return) .


  • Returns received without a return authorization will not be refunded or sent back.

  • Returns must be received by Styche within 5-7 days of return/exchange approval from a Styche representative.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the purchase with in two business days of inspection by us. It may take your bank longer to post the refund to your account.


  • Merchandise purchased at a discount of 40% or more off the original retail price will be final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Final Sale items are nonrefundable and can not be exchanged.

  • Shipping Charges are nonrefundable.

  • When you request a return, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label, and $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you would like an exchange, please place a new order for the item you'd like and request a return for the item you'd like to send back.

  • A one-time price adjustment will be offered on full-price merchandise within seven days of purchase. All price adjusted merchandise becomes Final Sale.

  • We will only grant returns for purchases from shopstyche.com.
